Immaculately clean single room with superb breakfast selection, though the parking was quite tight during my stay.

one could hardly expect a steep, twisty staircase for someone with a Blue Badge, but here we are. I almost thought about giving a glowing review if I hadn't been overlooked for a complimentary gesture to ease my stay. how disappointing, really.

Solo traveler’s quiet retreat
Amy is truly committed to making guests feel at home, even going the extra mile with an additional blanket when it got a bit chilly. The location is spot on, everything you need like the promenade and bus stops are just a short walk away.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was acceptable.

We had a delightful stay with our 7 kids, particularly enjoying the spacious rooms and the beautiful garden that was perfect for family relaxation. Amy, the lovely host, made us feel right at home, and we appreciated the convenient dining options available nearby.
My wife says that the parking situation could be tricky for larger families.

The breakfast served is top-notch, featuring items like cereals, cooked breakfast, kippers, and more—perfectly made to kickstart the day. I also appreciated the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel, offering a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy some fresh air.
I did encounter a few hiccups during my stay. The shower had a tendency to fluctuate between temperatures, which made for an unpredictable experience. parking can be a bit tight, requiring some maneuvering if there's a full house. I also noticed that the room decor felt a bit dated, suggesting a refresh would be welcome. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connectivity wasn't all that reliable, which is something to consider if you're looking to stay connected throughout your trip.
